Baked Salmon Made Easy

Baked Salmon in Lemon Basil

Ingredients:

{-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic}

{-6 tablespoons light olive oil}

-A teaspoon full of dried basil

{-One teaspoon of salt}

-A teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

-1 table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

{-1 tablespoon of chopped Italian flat leaf parsley}

{-2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon}

{Start of by mixing your marinade, combine garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley and mix until fully emulsified.} You want to mix this well so the oil is well incorporated with the lemon juice. null {Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.}

Preheat your oven to 345 degrees F or 190 degrees C.

{Transfer the fillets in aluminum foil and empty remaining marinade over the fish, seal the foil.} {Put the foil on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes.} Serve immediately.
